How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days of you placing an order. During busy periods, weekends, Bank Holidays, national holidays, and for certain postal areas it may take up to 7 working days. International orders take between 7-10 working days.

International Orders

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Sneaky advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information before purchase. You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. International orders take between 7-10 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be as happy as a Hippo so if you need to return any product please do so within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Unwanted items must be in original condition, unused and complete with packaging. Please contact us quoting your order number to inform us of the return. Simply return the item(s) to the address below and we will handle the rest. Goods for return must be sent back to us within 14 days of making your return request. Where possible please enclose your order confirmation.

(For International returns – “RETURNED GOODS” must be marked on the outer packaging of your package to avoid custom charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges.)

To ensure our retail prices are kept the lowest in the market unfortunately we don’t offer a customer returns service, nor do we reimburse for the cost of sending or returning orders. Please note that the responsibility for returning items falls upon our customers so please ensure that your return is well packaged and tracked.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to process your order. We will make every effort to process your return in a timely manner, please be aware this could take up to 7 days after returned goods have been received.
